Regional Bus Service Update:
US Crew Change takes over routes previously serviced by Coach USA
The Western New York routes previously serviced by Coach USA have been taken over by a new company named US Crew Change. Schedules are prices remain relatively close to the previous Coach USA times, but not exactly. Prices are basically the same, but the round trip discount is not currently available. And for the time being, the Campus Ticket Office is NOT selling tickets for the US Crew Change buses. We hope to do so in the future, but it will be January at the earliest before we would be doing so. In the meantime, travelers should pay the driver directly, in exact change. The drivers do not make change. The ticket office will be happy to make change for you during our regular open hours (Mon., Wed. and Fri. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
At this time, US Crew Change drivers are honoring previously purchased Coach USA tickets. However, we are not sure how long this will last. If you don't want to be stuck with tickets that might not be honored in the future, you may bring them to the ticket office during our normal hours for a full refund.

Here is information on the most frequent destinations for our customers:
Monday through Saturday, SUNY Fredonia pick up times heading to Buffalo are as follows:
9:13 am, 2:29 pm, and 6:29 pm (arriving in Buffalo at 10:35 am, 4:00 pm and 8:05 pm)
Monday through Saturday, departures from Buffalo to SUNY Fredonia and Jamestown are as follows:
11:10 am, 6:00 pm and 9:30 pm (arriving at SUNY Fredonia at 12:44 pm, 7:29 pm, and 10:53 pm)
Sundays and Holidays*: pick-up times at SUNY Fredonia heading to Buffalo will be at
1:44 pm and 6:59 pm (arriving in Buffalo at 3:15 pm and 6:59 pm)
Sundays and Holidays*: departures from Buffalo to SUNY Fredonia will be at
3:30 pm and 9:00 pm (arriving at SUNY Fredonia at 5:04 pm and 10:29 pm)
The fare between Fredonia and Buffalo is $6.20.
The fare between Fredonia and Jamestown is $4.65.

The office is staffed from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
PLEASE NOTE: The US Crew Change Buses are public transportation and are supposed to operate every day, year round. (On major holidays as noted below, the Sunday schedule is followed). US Crew Change is an independent transportation carrier, (not affiliated with nor operated by the Fredonia campus.)
The US Crew Change destination in Buffalo is the Buffalo Metropolitan (Metro) Transportation Center and Bus Station at 181 Ellicott St, Buffalo, NY 14203. Connections are available to a variety of carriers including Greyhound and New York Trailways. The Buffalo Metro terminal is also just a short 10 minute walk to the Exchange Street Station of Amtrak (at 75 Exchange Street.)
*The US Crew Change holidays include New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
We recommend that patrons should arrive at the bus shelter at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled departure to ensure meeting the bus. The buses will not stop unless there are patrons waiting at the shelter. There is also a stop in downtown Fredonia.
