Dr. Michael Marletta, ’73, (chem., biology) has been named the 2014 recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the American Association of State Colleges and Universities. The award is presented to an individual who has achieved acclaim in his or her field and who has made a significant contribution to the public, intellectual or cultural life of the nation.
He will be recognized at the association’s annual conference in October.
