The Applied Communication Association is sponsoring its 11th Fall Sweep on Saturday, Nov. 7 in the village of Fredonia.
Participants will be raking leaves around the community as a volunteer project and an opportunity to build better relationships with area residents.
On the day of the “sweep,” registration begins at 9:30 a.m. followed by a ceremony at 10 a.m. in the Williams Center Multipurpose Room, with leaf raking to begin at 10:30 a.m. Once groups are finished raking their assigned streets, they are asked to bring their rakes back to LoGrasso Hall.
All Fredonia students and groups have the opportunity to participate in the annual fall sweep event.
