Becky Hebert has been named to the SUNYAC All-Decade Team in Women's Basketball.
One of 15 players chosen from the past decade, Hebert attended Hilton (N.Y.) High School before playing for the Blue Devils from 2010-11 through 2013-14. She led SUNYAC in scoring three straight seasons, ranking among the nation's leaders each time – including 20.5 points as a sophomore and 18.0 points as a junior, 12th and 51st, respectively, in NCAA Division III.
As a senior, Hebert averaged 22.4 points per game, eighth in Division III, and was 23rd in field-goal accuracy (56.0%) and 28th in free-throw accuracy (86.2%). She is the Fredonia State career leader in scoring with 1,604 points and scoring average at 16.9 points per game, and holds the single-game scoring record of 44 points vs. Oswego on Feb. 1, 2014.
Following her senior year, Hebert was named Honorable Mention All-America by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association of America, First Team All-SUNYAC by conference coaches, and First Team East Region by the website D3Hoops.com. She was also D3Hoops.com First Team East Region as a sophomore, and Second Team All-SUNYAC as a sophomore and junior.
For her work in the classroom, Hebert received the 2013 SUNYAC Chancellor's Award, given by the conference to top students in each sport. She was also 2014 CoSIDA Capital One Academic All-District and Third Team Academic All-America, and was a 2014 finalist for the Jostens Award.
