Jameson Kaine made 29 saves in a 2-1 win over Potsdam in his collegiate debut for the Fredonia State hockey team on Saturday.

Antoine St. Onge and Ryan Bailey each scored and assisted one another to provide the offense.

The Devils led 1-0 through two periods, as Kaine had 22 saves to that point. Bailey scored with 13 seconds left in the second period, with help from St. Onge.

Potsdam tied it up on a power play, 13:39 into the third. Mason Hoehn connected for the score.

Off of a face off with three minutes left to play, Bailey slid the puck to St. Onge in front of the net and, who Potsdam's John Werber on a one timer. Werber finished with 17 saves.

The Devils improve to 1-3-0 after splitting with the Bears this weekend. Potsdam evens its record at 2-2-0.

The Devils open SUNYAC play when they travel to Cortland on Friday and Morrisville on Saturday.
