Rockefeller Arts Center will present a seasonal concert featuring favorite holiday chart toppers from artists such as Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, Dion and The Belmonts, The Drifters, The Beach Boys and more.

The DFT Communications Pops Series event features The Four C Notes performing “Seasons Greetings: The Hits of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons” on Thursday, Dec. 8 at 7:30 p.m. in King Concert Hall on the Fredonia campus.

Tickets are available through the Campus Ticket Office, by phone at 716-673-3501 and online.

The Four C Notes, a group dedicated to recreating the music of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, is based in Chicago. It is the creation of John Michael Coppola, a performer who is perhaps best known for his appearance in Chicago’s long-running production of the Broadway smash hit “Jersey Boys.”

Dressed in matching vintage outfits, with smart '50s/'60s-guy-group-inspired moves and Coppola’s legitimate, in-depth knowledge of the music, organizers note that The Four C Notes give an authenticity to their performance that similar tribute groups cannot match.

Performing since the age of 6, Coppola has appeared on the stages of some of the top regional and Off-Broadway theatres in the U.S. including The Duke Theatre, the Promenade Theatre, Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera, Goodspeed Opera House, Stages St. Louis, Ravinia Festival, American Theater Company and the Marriott Theatre.

The DFT Communications Pops Series event is sponsored by Bahgat and Laurito-Bahgat as part of the Lake Shore Savings Season.
