Anthony Ruiz turned in a strong performance at the Rochester Invitational on Saturday. The junior Dunkirk native finished 11th in a field of 226 runners, helping the Devils to a 10th-place finish. Ruiz completed the 8k course in 26:12. It was his lifetime best at that distance.
Tyler Senall of Geneseo took first place in a time of 25:57. Eight runners from Division I Cornell finished in places 2-8.
