Five-time national champ Nick Guarino has been named SUNYAC Men's Track & Field Athlete of the Decade, joined on the All-Decade Team by three other Blue Devils.

A 2011 graduate, Guarino won two indoor and three outdoor titles his junior and senior years, including a rare double at the 2011 outdoor meet. He has been selected as Athlete of the Decade in a vote of conference sports information directors.

Also chosen by the SIDs as All-Decade Team recipients are Spencer Lefort, Collin Mulcahy, and Broncho Rollins. All three were earned All-America status as Blue Devils.

Here's a capsule look at all four honorees:

Nick Guarino – Middle Distance …Competed 2007-08 through 2010-11 …Winner of five national NCAA Division III titles, beginning with the mile run at the 2010 indoor championship meet his junior year. Added the 800-meter title at the 2010 outdoor meet. As a senior, defended his NCAA indoor mile title, then culminated by winning 1,500 and the 800 at the 2011 meet in the span of 90 minutes. It was only the third time the double had been attained …Earned All-SUNYAC honors five times as a collegian. Still holds the SUNYAC record in the 800 meters (1:49.12) and the SUNYAC championship meet record in the 1,500 meters (3:50.36) ...Earned his initial SUNYAC all-conference awards when he finished second in both the 800 and the 1,500 as a sophomore in 2009 ...Won the 800 outdoors his junior and senior years and added the 1,500-meter title, also as a senior ...Holds Fredonia State outdoor school records in the 800 (1:49.12) and the 1,500 meters (3:48.74) ...Won 2010 and 2011 SUNYAC indoor mile titles …Two-time winner of SUNYAC Dr. Sam Molnar Award (2010, 2011) …2011 SUNYAC Chancellor's Award winner in men's track and field …2018 inductee into the Fredonia State Athletics Hall of Fame …Hometown of Bergen, N.Y., and graduate of Byron-Bergen High School.

Spencer Lefort – Multi-Events …Competed 2010 through 2013 …One-time All-America and four-time All-SUNYAC …Four-time All-SUNYAC in the decathlon ... 2012 SUNYAC champion with 6,227 points ... finished first in five of the 10 events ...Finished 15th in the 2012 NCAA Division III decathlon with 6,306 points, fifth-highest score in program history ...Finished second in the SUNYAC decathlon his freshman, sophomore, and senior years ...Also excelled in the heptathlon during the indoor season, earning All-America status his senior year ... Collin Mulcahy – Middle Distance …Competed 2012-13 through 2015-16 …One-time All-America, three-time SUNYAC champ, five-time All-SUNYAC ...2016 All-America in the indoor mile for a fifth-place finish (4:12.53) ...Won the SUNYAC 1,500 meters (3:57.02) as a sophomore and again in 2016 as a senior in 3:50.8, just two seconds off the school record and No. 3 on the Fredonia State career list …Won the 2016 SUNYAC indoor mile (4:08.76) after finishing second the previous year...Finished second in the 1,500 as a junior in 3:53.7 ...Participated in the 1,500 meters at the 2016 NCAA Outdoor championship meet ...Made NCAA appearances in cross country …No. 4 on school career 800-meter outdoor list ...Nominated for Fredonia State Male Athlete of the Year after his junior and senior years …Named to the USTFCCCA All-Region Team in the 800 and the mile …Inducted into the Fredonia State chapter of the Chi Alpha Sigma national honor society ...2015 and 2016 USTFCCCA All-Academic Team member … Hometown of Batavia, and a graduate of Batavia High School.

Broncho Rollins – Pole Vault …Competed in 2011 and 2012 …Two-time All-America and three-time All-SUNYAC …2012 SUNYAC outdoor champion in the pole vault as he cleared 15 feet, 9 inches and qualified for the NCAA Division III meet. ...Cleared school-record 5.0 meters (16 feet, 4 3/4 inches) while competing at 2012 nationals. Finished sixth to earn his second All-America award. The first came that year during the indoor season. ...Broke his own school record of 4.95 meters (16 feet, 2 1/4 inches) set while winning the 2012 Bucknell Classic vs. mostly Division 1 vaulters. ...First set a school record during the 2011 outdoor season with a vault of 4.75 meters (15 feet, 7 inches) at the 2011 Penn Relays. It was two inches higher than the previous school record set 24 years prior. ...Finished second at 2011 SUNYAC outdoor meet despite setting a school and meet record of 4.90 meters (16 feet, 3/4 of an inch). Placed second based on more failed vaults, yet still qualified for the NCAA meet ...Finished second at the 2011 SUNYAC indoor meet ...Was third at junior college nationals while participating at Alfred State University …Hometown of Ithaca, and a graduate of Ithaca High School.
