Communication professor Bond Benton wrote an article, "Connecting Across Cultures: Building a PR Team in Post Genocide Rwanda," that was published in the October edition of "Tactics," the premier journal for public relations practitioners published by the Public Relations Society of America.
The article deals with Dr. Benton's experience working for the U.S. Embassy in Kigali, Rwanda.
