Due to the weather related issues of two weeks ago the Gingerbread House Competition fundraiser for the Chautauqua County Rural Ministry will accept a donation at any time. One can donate without entering the competition by delivering it to the Department of Biology Office on the second floor of the Science Center any time this week. Professor Jon Titus notes that if life is too hectic please send him an email at Jonathan.titus@fredonia.edu and someone will come by and pick it up.
The fundraiser is the first annual Gingerbread House Competition! The competition is open to faculty, staff and students for a $10 donation. Finished gingerbread houses should be brought to the Science Center by 10 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 4, and they will be judged that day by esteemed experts in gingerbread house judging. Also, organizers ask to be sure to stop by the Science Center and view the houses.
