The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Brown Bag Lecture Series Fall 2014 will host a program on Wednesday, Dec. 3 at noon as part of its “A Healthy Climate” series, in Williams Center Room S204.
Department of English SUNY Distinguished Teaching Professor Ted Steinberg will present, “Galileo, Spinoza, Steinberg, and the Pleasures of Heresy: Reflections on 40+ Years of Teaching.” Dr. Steinberg has received the SUNY Chancellor’s Research Award, the SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching and the President’s Award for Excellence in Teaching.
Light refreshments will be served.
The event is funded by the Fredonia College Foundation’s Carnahan-Jackson Humanities Fund and CLAS Dean John Kijinski.
