Environmental shift will be explored by Dave Bauer, a children’s author and owner of The Change Circle life coaching program, at the Liberal Arts and Sciences Brown Bag Lunch on Wednesday, March 7, at noon, at Williams Center Room S204-ABC.

In his presentation, Mr. Bauer will explain why children are the vital transformation catalyst. Bauer helps local organizations mobilize projects in which children and their families and communities foster creative nature play. A discussion will follow his talk. Opening remarks will be given by Dr. Ivani Vassoler-Froelich.

The Change Circle, which he founded, mentors individuals and groups from preschool through retirement. He is the author of the children’s interactive nature book “What’s Under that Rock, Papa?” and has a M.S. in education and certifications in creativity and change leadership and nature play.

Bauer’s talk continues this year’s Convocation theme of “Transformation” and is free and open to the public. The informal sessions are held each month throughout the semester are supported by the Carnahan Jackson Humanities Fund, Faculty Student Association and the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
