Fredonia will be celebrating the 40th anniversary of its Business Administration major with a gathering on Saturday, Oct. 24 at 4 p.m. in the Pucci Room (S202) of the Williams Center.

The event is slated during the 2015 Homecoming weekend and is free and open to all faculty/staff, School of Business students and Business Administration alumni.

The former Business Administration students will have the opportunity to interact with the current School of Business students while seeing old friends and the new campus developments. Those who attend are welcome to bring a guest to partake in refreshments, food and a cash bar with wine and beer.

Julie Fitzpatrick, associate professor and associate chair of the School of Business, explains, “This is an excellent networking opportunity for our current students, since many business alumni will be in attendance. The event is a ‘mingle’ format, so students will have the opportunity to speak with many alumni. Our faculty will enjoy catching up with former students. I think that our alumni will enjoy talking to our top students and faculty, learning more about the current business program and how it has changed over the years.”

For more information on the event, contact the Office of Alumni Affairs at alumni.office@fredonia.edu or at 716-673-3553.

The School of Business offers five Bachelor of Sciences majors Business Administration, Accounting, Public Accountancy, Business Administration - Finance and Business Administration - Management.
