To celebrate April as the Month of the Young Child, the Campus and Community Children's Center at Fredonia will sponsor a chicken barbecue and kids’ fest on Saturday, May 6, from 3 to 6 p.m., at the Chautauqua County Fairgrounds, Dunkirk.
Music, kids’ activities and a bounce house will be offered at no charge. Chicken barbecue tickets are $10 and are available at the Campus and Community Children's Center until Saturday, April 29. A limited amount of tickets will be available for sale the day of the event that is sponsored by the Chautauqua County Association for the Education of Young Children.
