Fredonia’s InterVarsity Christian Fellowship aims to see students and faculty transformed, the campus renewed and world changers developed. The group believes that those who work on this campus can have a big impact in achieving these goals through prayer.

Faculty and staff are invited to join together in prayer for the campus on Tuesday, Oct. 14 in Williams Center Room G103C. Attendees are free to stop by anytime between noon and 1 p.m. The goal of the event is to have Christians and others who desire to pray together from different departments on campus. Organizer Kathryn Pilgrim noted, “It seems that many faculty stay primarily in their own department and aren't aware of how many other Christians there are on campus. This is a chance to pray for the campus and as well as discuss the struggles of being a Christian faculty/staff member.”

The purpose of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is to establish and advance at colleges and universities witnessing communities of students and faculty who follow Jesus as Savior and Lord: growing in love for God, God's Word, God's people of every ethnicity and culture and God's purposes in the world.
