“Tree Hugger Trivia,” touted as a fun, interactive way to spread the word about the importance of pursuing an environmentally friendly lifestyle, will be staged by Fredonia students on Monday, April 13, 7:30 p.m., at Williams Center Room S204D.
Members of the “Green Wave” Team of Fredonia’s Enactus student organization are hosting the event to promote sustainability in conjunction with the campus-wide observance of Earth Month in April. Prizes will be awarded to the winning team and free eco-friendly food will be served to participants.
"Creating a more sustainable lifestyle and giving the community the knowledge it needs to live such a lifestyle is what our organization is all about," said Delia Napolitano, Enactus Green Wave leader.
Enactus strives to create a better, more sustainable world through a series of projects that utilize entrepreneurial actions.
