The Fredonia Technology Incubator announces the graduation of one of its client businesses, iKoss Consulting, from its facility located in the Dunkirk central business district. iKoss specializes in process and organizational transition services, change management, and content writing, editing and synthesis.

“We are thrilled that one of our clients has expanded and is now graduating out of our program and facility,” said Incubator Director Chuck Cornell. “They have created new jobs in Chautauqua County and generated the capacity to prosper.”“We are pleased with the growth and success of our company while at the Fredonia Technology Incubator,” added iKoss President Blair Koss. “Its resources and support contributed to our successful launch and rate of growth. Specifically, over the three years that iKoss was at the incubator, we more than doubled our revenues and added six new, full-time employees. The infrastructure, support and professional office space and conference rooms enabled effective recruiting and client meetings. I encourage anyone who is starting a business to consider Fredonia’s incubator.”“Having the ability to work in the same building as other start-ups has been a tremendous opportunity,” said iKoss Owner and Managing Partner Jennifer Koss. “iKoss experienced the value add of being a member of Fredonia’s incubator.”

Business startups at Fredonia’s incubator receive business services, support, networking and educational opportunities. They also often host Fredonia student interns. After demonstrating growth and success, companies “graduate” from the incubator and locate in the surrounding community.

Incorporated in 2011, iKoss’ managing partners have decades of experience in large, enterprise-wide consulting, developing a “reputation for excellence” among Fortune 1000 companies by providing targeted client service offerings, quality work products, and outstanding service delivery. iKoss offers cost-effective solutions in non-technical aspects of organizational change initiatives. It is dedicated to providing immediate value to all its clients through a dynamic, highly qualified workforce.

Located in the City of Dunkirk’s central business district, the Fredonia Technology Incubator promotes economic growth in Western New York by supporting entrepreneurship and the development of new, innovative companies into successful business ventures. Fredonia’s incubator currently supports nine business startups.
