The Faculty Student Association is accepting program account applications for the June 1, 2016 to May 31, 2017 program year. Funding may be available for events, initiatives and other programming that benefit the campus community as well as enhance the educational mission and goals of the university.
The application form can be obtained at fsa.fredonia.edu. In support of sustainability initiatives, FSA is requiring a paperless application process. The data input fields are highlighted yellow on the form. To complete the form, click on the yellow fields and enter the required information.
All applications must be emailed to fsa.office@fredonia.edu. Supplemental information must be emailed in PDF format along with the application. Supplemental documents are limited to two per application.
The application deadline is Monday, Feb. 15, at 7 a.m. Additional program funding information can be obtained from Controller Matthew Snyder at 680-6222.
