A book review by Department of English professor Natalie Gerber of “Explicit and Implicit Prosody in Sentence Processing: Studies in Honor of Janet Dean Fodor” has been published in the August edition of SHARP News, the newsletter of the Society for the History of Authorship, Reading and Publishing.
In her review, Dr. Gerber explains the import of the book, which is devoted to the field of psycholinguistics, for humanists. Dr. Fodor holds the title of Distinguished Professor at CUNY Graduate Center. Her research interests include cross-linguistic studies of sentence processing and prosody.
