The SUNY Fredonia Career Development Office will be hosting its annual Graduate School Fair on Tuesday, Oct. 15, from 4 to 6 p.m., in the Williams Center Multipurpose Room. The event is a part of a two-day series of Graduate School events and workshops for students.

More than 50 graduate programs have registered to participate in the fair representing a variety of industries and disciplines. 

Presentations about graduate school are scheduled covering topics such as financial aid and the application process. All events and their locations are listed in Quest at www.fredonia.edu/cdo.

Workshops on graduate school-related topics will be coordinated by the Financial Aid Office, the Graduate Studies Office, the Career Development Office and the University at Albany Rockefeller School of Public Policy.

Students who are considering graduate school as an option or know that graduate school is the next step are encouraged to attend the Graduate School Fair and related workshops. The events are open to all SUNY Fredonia students and alumni. Those participating in workshops are asked to please R.S.V.P. on the Career Development Office’s Quest web page.

Schedule for Graduate School events and workshops:

Monday, October 14:

4 p.m.: Applying to Grad Schools, presented by the Career Development Office, Gregory Hall.

Tuesday, October 15:

2:30 p.m.: Graduate School and Financial Aid presented by the SUNY Fredonia Financial Aid Office in the Williams Center Room  S-204E.

3:15 p.m.: The SUNY Fredonia Graduate School Application Process, presented by the Office of Graduate Studies in the Williams Center Room S-204D

4:00 p.m.: Graduate School Fair, presented by the Career Development Office in the Williams Center Multipurpose Room.

6:30 p.m.: Careers and Grad Programs in Public Policy and Public Administration presented by the University at Albany Rockefeller School of Public Administration in the Williams Center Room S-204E.
