Fredonia’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is hosting its second annual “Wellness for the Holidays,” a fair that showcases local business that offer wellness products and services.

The event will take place on Monday, Dec. 8 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Fredonia’s Williams Center Multipurpose Room.

Fredonia faculty, staff and members of the local community are invited to support area businesses while receiving the gift of wellness this holiday season. Some of the wellness goods and services these vendors will be offering at the event include music and painting classes, dance classes, yoga, personal training sessions, gym memberships, spa treatments, essential oils and lotions, tickets for local events and gift certificates for locally grown products from area farmers, etc.

Prize drawings will also be held throughout the fair, including gift baskets and merchandise donated by participating vendors as well as handmade items given by Fredonia staff and community members.

The event, sponsored by Fredonia administration and the Faculty Student Association, will also feature music and refreshments for those in attendance.

EAP provides Fredonia employees with support and assistance regarding work performance issues that result from personal problems.
