A new series of international cooking sessions will begin for all interested faculty and staff. The first of three free events will take place Monday, April 4 at noon at the Lanford House.

Dr. Ivani Vassoler Froelich from the Department of Politics and International Affairs, will introduce Brazilian cuisine at the luncheon.

The international event to follow is a Belgian Beer Tasting on Wednesday, April 20, introduced by Birger Vanwesenbeeck, associate professor in the Department of English, and Fredonia alumnus Roland Martin, '77. Rounding off the series is Chinese cooking on Saturday, May 7 with Dr. Guangyu Tan of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction.

The Professional Development Center will accept registration for each lunch on a first-come basis following an Academic Affairs announcement on the faculty/staff listserv. Lunch guests are welcome to make a donation.

Please contact Iclal Vanwesenbeeck with any questions at vanwesen@fredonia.edu.
