Jasmine Bell, a senior Voice major in the School of Music, has been named Student of the Month for February by the Office of Residence Life. She was nominated by Megan Mackowiak, who worked with Ms. Bell in the Financial Aid office and commends Bell for her work ethic, professionalism and sweet nature.
Bell currently works in the Office of Student Affairs.
An active student, Bell has pursued numerous work and leadership opportunities. She has served as a student ambassador, campus tour guide and house manager at the Michael C. Rockefeller Arts Center. Bell has also participated in student organizations including Brother 2 Brother and Black Student Union, and is also a Senior Class representative.
After receiving her degree at Fredonia, Bell, a graduate of Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in New York City, plans to pursue a master’s degree in Higher Education.
