The Black Student Union (BSU), the Center for Multicultural Affairs, and the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, invite all students, faculty and staff members to participate in a Justice for All – Peace Rally to be held tomorrow, Dec. 5.
The group will meet at the Peace Pole in front of Mason Hall at 2 p.m., and will walk around Ring Road to the Lake Shore Savings Clock Tower in reverence of lives cut short due to incidents of racial oppression and/or policy brutality, arriving at 2:30 p.m. There, the group will listen to the chimes of the clock and take a moment of silence.
All members of the community are encouraged to participate in this peaceful rally, or take a moment of silence at 2:30 p.m. to show their support.
