The SUNY Fredonia community will be able to experience Korean culture by savoring traditional Korean cuisine at a dinner that members of the Korean International Student Society will serve on Sunday, March 17, beginning at 6 p.m., at the Williams Center Multipurpose Room.
Popular menu selections include Gimbap (dried seaweed rolls), Japchae (noodles with sautéed vegetables), Jeyukbokkeum (stir fried pork in spicy, red chili sauce) and Bulgogi (beef marinated in soy sauce). Vegetarian fare will also be served.
A limit of 100 tickets for the dinner, at $7 for students and $10.50 for the general public, will be sold at the SUNY Fredonia Ticket Office at the Williams Center until Saturday, March 16, or while quantities last.
The inaugural Korean dinner was sold out last year.
