The Learning Center is now hiring students to become part of the College Tutoring Services (CTS) staff for the 2016-2017 academic year. The deadline to apply is Friday, March 18 by 4 p.m. All applications must be submitted to the Learning Center on the Fourth Floor of Reed Library.

Tutors are paid to work a scheduled number of hours, typically two to four hours, for drop-in tutoring. In addition, they may also be assigned to work privately with students registered with the Full Opportunity Program, Educational Development Program or the Office of Disability Support Services for Students.

“Working as a tutor not only pays, but has proven to be a golden credential for students seeking admission to graduate programs, competing for jobs, fellowships and teaching positions,” noted Learning Center Director Liza Smith.

Applications are available at the Educational Development Program, The Learning Center and online. For more information, contact Ms. Smith at 716-673-3550 or liza.smith@fredonia.edu.
