Public relations students from SUNY Fredonia will hold a news conference Thursday, Feb. 19, at 2:30 p.m. in the President's Conference Room to announce a partnership with two nonprofit organizations from Chautauqua County.
The joint venture is part of the students’ senior project to create a public relations campaign in order to gain understanding and experience in the field of communication. The students will work in cooperation with two agencies to help them overcome challenges, create awareness, and establish a local presence.
The news conference will commence with comments from SUNY Fredonia President Dennis Hefner, followed by messages from two SUNY Fredonia students, and representatives from each agency. Following the news conference there will be time for questions and interviews.
