Department of English lecturer Rebecca (Schwab) Cuthbert, who teaches creative writing, has had three works published recently including “Recall,” an example of flash fiction, which appears in Rivet, the journal of writing that risks; the poem, “Three Tears in a Bucket,” published in Slipstream’s Rust, Dust & Lust issue; and the non-fiction work, “Things My Students Don’t Know,” in the online journal Drafthorse, described on its website as a “lit journal of work and no work.”
Ms. Cuthbert, who has an M.F.A from West Virginia University, serves as acquisitions editor for Leapfrog Press and is a contributing writer for the Observer in Dunkirk.
