It won’t be long before SUNY Fredonia seniors turn their tassels at Commencement, but before that grand date arrives, members of the Class of 2011 are encouraged to visit the annual Senior Expo at the Williams Center to gather that valuable not-to-miss information that leads up to their big day.

Campus Life, Career Development, FSA and Alumni Affairs are conducting the fair, set for Tuesday, March 22, from 5 to 6:30 p.m., to assist seniors graduating in either December, January or May with Commencement preparation.

Information about the Senior Challenge and Senior Picnic will be available, and senior t-shirts will be sold, while supplies last. Seniors may also make arrangements to have their Commencement tickets mailed directly to them, try on and purchase their cap and gown, and ask questions about the actual ceremony.

Seniors can also learn about life after Fredonia by talking with representatives from Financial Aid, Career Development and Alumni Affairs. Information about life insurance will be offered by Liberty Mutual. Students unable to attend can access the SUNY Fredonia Commencement Student Guide at www.fredonia.edu/commencement

There will also be free food and prize giveaways.
