The 4th annual senior expo will take place on Tuesday, Mar. 23 at 5 p.m. in the Multi Purpose Room of the Williams Center. All students who anticipate graduating between May and December 2010 are encouraged to attend.

The goal of the senior expo is to provide seniors with a one-stop arena to share important and helpful resources regarding graduating and the transition to life after SUNY Fredonia.

Information tables and representatives at the event will include, but are not limited to:

  •  Senior Class: Information on upcoming events and the distribution of senior class t-shirts. All shirts are $6 and can be purchased via cash or FredCard debit.
  •  Alumni Affairs: Signups regarding the senior challenge committee and information on what it means to be an alumnus.
  •  Commencement Committee: Deadlines about commencement, general ceremony information, and request forms to purchase an envelope to have your graduation tickets mailed directly to you (to purchase a stamp and envelope will cost students $1.00)
  •  Bookstore: Answer questions about the selling of caps, gowns, and announcements, and get the chance to try on and purchase your cap and gown.
  •  Career Development Office: Discuss resumes and make appointments for one-on-one consultations.
  •  Financial Aid: Exit interviews, paying off student loads and deferring student loans.

Students will also get the chance to enjoy chicken fingers, pizza, and nachos (while supplies last), and have the chance to win Fredonia prizes throughout the event.
