Stuart Shapiro, a member of the Music Industry faculty who teaches courses in contracts and copyrights in the Department of Applied Professional Studies, has been selected by the Thomson Reuters group Super Lawyers publication for inclusion in their Super Lawyers list of the top 5 percent of attorneys in New York State for 2018.
Mr. Shapiro also has a practice in the Buffalo area that concentrates in the areas of art and entertainment law. He received his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.
Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. This selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.
The list will be published on Aug. 13.
