Sisters of Sigma Kappa sorority gathered at last Friday’s Pink the Rink hockey game in Steele Hall Ice Arena to support Jessa Webber, a sister who lost her seven-year battle with brain cancer on Jan. 6, 2010, with the purchase of a jersey in her honor.
Members of Jessa’s family bought another jersey for Jessa’s Quest, a non-profit organization founded to raise funds to support organizations that provide care for children with life-threatening illnesses and contribute to research to find a cure for brain cancer.
