The Fredonia Ski and Ride Club have announced discounted ski and snowboard packages for the upcoming winter season at Holiday Valley Ski Resort located in Ellicottville, N.Y. Students, faculty, staff and community members may purchase tickets at the Fredonia Ticket Office in the Williams Center. Ski and snowboard packages range in price from $130 to $395 depending on frequency and time of day.

The student-only Sunday group program consists of a 15-week pass costing $155 and offering lift tickets from 2:30 until 10 p.m. on Sundays. The Sunday group program also includes eight lessons, plus a bonus day pass in March and April, normally worth an extra $50. Other package deals include the student season pass for $395 and the student night pass for $295.To be eligible for the student discount passes, students must be enrolled in 12 or more credits and provide a copy of their current semester’s schedule to Marjorie Maloney Plaister, advisor to the Fredonia Ski and Ride Club.

Coach bus transportation will be available starting on Sunday, Jan. 25, 2015 and will run consecutively for seven Sundays.The bus leaves from the Williams Center bus stop at 1 p.m. and returns back to campus at 10:30 p.m. Bus transportation costs $160 for all registered students enrolled in the Sunday group program.

Staff and community members may purchase all other winter packages except the student season pass, student night pass or the Sunday bus transportation plan. Packages include the Ultimate Sunday Card for $255, the Ultimate Flex for $175; the Ultimate White pass for $225 and night passes ranging in price from $130 to $180.
