The documentary “Moods, Mountains and Masterpieces. A Portrait of an Artist: Tom Annear,” by assistant professor Roslin Smith, will be screened at the Buffalo Niagara Film Festival at the Four Seasons Cinema 6, 2429 Military Road, Niagara Falls, on Tuesday, Sept. 26, at 8 p.m.
The film, previously shown at film festivals held in Quebec and Miami, as well as at the 1891 Fredonia Opera House, is the first of a triptych by Ms. Smith that feature three separate artists. The second one, featuring Carolyn Grady, won the Broadcast Education Award of Excellence in the Creative category.
