The Fredonia Technology Incubator (FTI) is hosting its second annual Open House on Oct. 21 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the incubator at 214 Central Ave., in Dunkirk.
The FTI promotes economic growth in the Western Southern Tier of New York State by supporting entrepreneurship and the development of new, innovative, arts and technology-based companies into successful business ventures. It also serves as a regional economic development hub.
Some of the incubator’s current tenants include iKoss Consulting, Lake Arts Foundation, ProQuip and Venture Productions. The incubator also provides many internship opportunities to students in various fields.
The neighboring communities are encouraged to visit and see what the incubator has to offer. There will be free food, refreshments, and some fun, interactive games.
