Three Fredonia Blue Devil track and field athletes were cited by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association for their academic achievements.

Laura Morrison (Wethersfield, Conn.), a junior middle distance runner on the women's team, and two male runners, graduate Zakk Hess (Newark, N.Y.) and senior Collin Mulcahy (Batavia, N.Y.), earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors. Hess was a distance runner while Mulcahy competed at middle distances.

To be eligible for All-Academic honors, all three were required to attain a cumulatie grade-point average of 3.30 or better. They also had to perform at an NCAA meet, indoors or outdoors, during the 2015 season or finish ranked in the national top 35 in an individual event or in the top 25 in a relay event.

Morrison competed indoors in the NCAA women's 800-meter run and finished ranked 32nd in the outdoor 800.

Hess competed in the 3,000-meter run at the NCAA Division III indoor meet while Mulcahy was 19th in the 800 meters and 30th in the mile during the indoor season.
