Every day a new WellNYS Daily To–Do is uploaded onto the WellNYS Everyday website every morning and emailed to subscribers. The WellNYS Daily To-Do offers inspiration, motivation and creative ways to practice the Monthly Challenge.
EAP Yoga - Spring 2025
No special training or prerequisite required! Our classes will be leveled to meet everyone's needs from the stretchiest yogi to the brand-new beginner. Includes a relaxing Savasana so that everyone can return to work refreshed and relaxed! Please come for some much-needed stress relief and join our wonderful yoga community.

Please bring your own mat, a water bottle, and any props that you like to use. No props are required, but many people like to use blocks or straps and they are encouraged. Yoga blocks and straps will be available for those who wish to use them. Wear comfortable, loose and/or stretchy clothing.
