Alison Schoenfeld, presenter, is a 2005 SUNY Fredonia graduate and a Western New York native. She is a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with 20+ years of experience. Alison is the owner of Strides In Speech, a pediatric private practice with locations in Northern California. She specializes in Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders and airway-focused care.

The registration fee of $110 includes coffee, tea, juice, and a boxed lunch 

Course Objectives: After completing this course, participants will be able to:
1. Demonstrate understanding of anatomy and physiology of orofacial structures, muscles and their functions
2. Identify common Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders (OMDs) and Tethered Oral Tissues (TOTs), including their causes, symptoms, and potential impact on speech, swallowing, sleep, oral health, and airway function
3. Apply knowledge of interdisciplinary approaches to assessment and management of OMDs and TOTs
4. Develop practical skills for assessment and treatment of OMDs and TOTs
