The best works of student artists at the State University of New York at Fredonia will be on display in the Cathy and Jesse Marion Art Gallery at Rockefeller Arts Center beginning Friday, Jan. 30.

Entitled “Fredonia Showcase 2015,” the exhibition will feature the works of 70 Visual Arts and New Media students chosen by individual faculty from their respective classes. Mediums include ceramic and mixed media sculpture, drawing, painting, photography, animation, video and graphic design.

A reception will be held in the art gallery lobby, located on the main level of Rockefeller Arts Center, from 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 30. The reception is free and open to the public.

The exhibition runs through Feb. 19. Gallery hours are noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, noon to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday.
