Game 2
With the Devils up 4-1, Plattsburgh put up a five-spot in the top of the sixth inning to take a 6-4 lead that would stand up and end Fredonia State's season.

Plattsburgh started the game by scoring in the top of the first on a walk, double, and sacrifice fly.

The Devils tied the game in the bottom of the second. Nicole Kumro singled and Chelius was hit by a pitch. Following a strikeout, the Devils would score when Plattsburgh's double play attempt on a ground ball resulted in an error on the throw to first, scoring Kumro.

The Devils scored three runs in the next inning. With one out, Alyssa Piniewski singled and sister Amber Piniewski reached on an error, putting runners at second and third. Maria Caviris roped a double to score two runs. Kumro then reached on an error that also scored Caviris. The Devils would maintain the 4-1 lead until the sixth.
