Dr. Kathryn Kendall
Vice President Kathryn Kendall will explore population shifts and their impact on education during an upcoming Brown Bag Luncheon.
Dr. Kendall’s presentation, on Wednesday, Oct. 2, at noon in Williams Center Room S204, is free and open to students, faculty, staff and community members. A SUNY Fredonia alumna, Kendall joined the university as vice president in January.
Kendall, vice president for Enrollment Management and Services, has over 20 years of experience in higher education specializing in enrollment management that includes recruitment, admissions and financial aid operations. Most recently, she was Senior Assistant Dean for enrollment and online programs at the School of Social Work at the State University at Buffalo.
Degrees held by Kendall include an Ed.D. from the Warner School of Education at the University of Rochester, a Master of Social Work from the State University at Buffalo and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from SUNY Fredonia.
The Brown Bag Luncheon theme for 2024-2025 is “The Multifaceted Impacts of Population Changes.” The series offers monthly informal talks by SUNY Fredonia faculty and guest speakers and includes a question-and-answer period. A light lunch is served by the Faculty Student Association.
The series is sponsored by the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences with funding from the Carnahan Jackson Fund for the Humanities of the Fredonia College Foundation.
