SUNY Fredonia’s Applied Communications Association (ACA) will host its Fifth Annual Fall Sweep on Sunday, Nov. 8 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The annual community service event brings students and campus groups together to rake leaves at houses surrounding the SUNY Fredonia campus on Temple Street, Central Avenue and smaller side streets in the Village of Fredonia. Students, faculty, clubs and athletic teams participant to give back to the community and help the college build better relationships with the residents of Fredonia.

Following the leaf raking, a social will be held in the Dods Hall Gym from 2 to 4 p.m. for students, faculty, staff, and residents of Fredonia to relax and enjoy free food and live music from Fredonia’s male a cappella group, “Much More Chill.” Mayor Sullivan is expected to make an appearance during the social as well.
