Dr. Robert Dahlgren will appear on a panel discussion on "Social Studies and English Language Learners: Programs, Practices, and Pitfalls" at the National Council for the Social Studies annual convention in Washington, D.C. on Friday, Dec. 2.
Dr. Dahlgren is an associate professor and chair of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction in the College of Education at Fredonia.
