The Faculty Student Association (FSA) is hosting a drop-in session on Wednesday, Nov. 14 from 1 to 2 p.m. in University Commons to enable members of its Board of Directors to answer questions and listen to the comments of the campus community.
The Faculty Student Association, incorporated in 1951, is a private not-for-profit corporation who provides many services to the SUNY Fredonia campus community, which include all dining and retail operations, campus vending, and all FREDCard services.
Since incorporation in 1951 FSA of SUNY Fredonia has operated solely on self generated revenues from the services offered to the campus community.
The proceeds of the FSA benefit the SUNY Fredonia campus community in numerous ways; scholarship funding, capital improvements and program funding for numerous groups to help cover expenses for things such as lectures, professional development, student group sponsored events, and health and wellness.
Most recently, FSA has opened a Tim Hortons Cafe and Bakeshop in the Williams Center and is currently working on completing the addition of a patio outside the Williams Center.
