Associate Professor Steven Fabian of the Department of History accepted an invitation this past summer to join the editorial board of the Radical History Review, a journal originating at New York University.
For more than 30 years, the journal has stood at the point where rigorous historical scholarship and active political engagement converge. Thematic issues are edited by a collective of scholars and published three times a year by Duke University Press.
Dr. Fabian serves on the board to represent eastern Africa and the western Indian Ocean, as well as thematic coverage including identity and urban history. He received his doctoral degree from Dalhousie University.
