The Counseling Center and Prevention, Advocacy, and Wellness Services (PAWS) offer confidential counseling and advocacy services. Other campus personnel have different obligations, and are not confidential, although every effort will be made to keep the matter as private as possible. Examples of those who can offer privacy include: the Title IX coordinator, University Police, Student Affairs, Student Conduct, faculty, professional staff, and residence life staff (RAs & RDs). These individuals are required to notify the University’s Title IX Coordinator of any report of sexual violence.
