PSLF Help Tool: use this website to search for a qualifying employer, learn what actions you may need to take to become eligible for PSLF and generate a PSLF form.
Options and Procedures for PSLF Processing:
Manual Form: Please send an email to human.resources@fredonia.edu with your PSLF form attached. Do not attach a document with any sensitive data in your email, such as your Social Security Number. Your form will be reviewed, and the HR office will complete page 2 of the PSLF form. We will return the completed document to you via email. When you receive the signed form, your next step is to fill out your Social Security Number and submit it to the PSLF agency: Manual Form Submission.
Digital Signature: If you need an electronic signature from DocuSign, please send it to human.resources@fredonia.edu.
