Heather Han, '19

Heather Han Photograph

Heather Han is a class of 2019 Fredonia alum. Heather dedicated her time at Fredonia to her involvement in the psychology department. This included her role as Vice President of the Psi Chi Honor Society, serving incoming students as a mentor, and conducting research that she had the opportunity to present at the annual APS conference in Washington, D.C.

Heather has received a great amount of guidance and mentoring from her professors at Fredonia, and she recommends that students take the time to develop close relationships with their peers and professors. This would be beneficial for future opportunities and overall more support through your time here as a student.

Heather is now a graduate student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at Northern Kentucky University. Heather also is employed with the Human Resources department at Mubea, a global automotive supplier company, as a co-op. Currently, she is working on turnover projects by establishing stay and exit interview processes. Heather’s research interest lies on the effects of stress in the workplace and ways to lower it to improve productivity and employee well-being. If you have any questions for Ms. Han please contact a Psychology Faculty member for more information.
