- Completed for HONR 400 credits, typically about 6
- Students typically present their work at an undergraduate or national conference

- Completed over multiple semesters
- Must get approval early – before senior year – because at least two semesters are needed

- Must obtain approval of a faculty member who will serve as the honors committee chair
- Students will need to have shown outstanding potential in their courses, especially in Statistics, Research Methods, and any previous independent studies
