The Faculty Student Association is now accepting Program Account applications for the June 1, 2011, to May 31, 2012 program year. In support of sustainability initiatives, FSA is implementing a paperless application process. The Program Account Application and the Program Account Policy can be obtained on the FSA website at fsa.fredonia.edu. The data input fields are highlighted in yellow on the application form. Just click on the yellow fields and enter the required information.
All applications must be emailed to karen.barnett@fredonia.edu. Supplemental information must be emailed in PDF format. The application deadline is 7:00 AM Monday February 14, 2011.
